Affiliate Policy

1.1. This proposal sets forth the terms of cooperation between inetCloud Inc., hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and any natural or legal person who wishes to become an affiliate of the Company and accepts the terms of this proposal, hereinafter referred to as the "Affiliate."

2.1. The Affiliate is provided with a unique referral link by the Company for attracting new clients.
2.2. The Affiliate's remuneration amounts to 10% of the total sum of all payments from each attracted client but no more than 60 months.
2.3. The Company pays the remuneration within 10 business days from the Affiliate's request for payment.
2.4. The minimum payment amount is 100 USD and is made to the Affiliate's PayPal account.
2.5. The Affiliate is not entitled to use their referral link to pay for their own services.

3.1. The Affiliate undertakes not to use illegal methods of attracting clients and not to harm the reputation of the Company.
3.2. The Company undertakes to timely inform the Affiliate of any changes to the affiliate program and the terms of this proposal.

4.1. Either party has the right to terminate cooperation under this proposal by notifying the other party no less than 30 calendar days prior to the anticipated termination date.

5.1. Any disputes and disagreements arising between the parties under this proposal shall be resolved through negotiations.
5.2. In the event that it is not possible to resolve disputes through negotiations, they shall be submitted for consideration to the court of British Columbia, Canada.

6.1. Amendments and supplements to this proposal are deemed valid only if they are executed by the Company and published on the Company's official website.
6.2. In all other matters not provided for in this proposal, the parties shall be guided by the applicable legislation.

7.1. Acceptance of this proposal is carried out by registering for the affiliate program on the Company's official website https://inet.ws/ or https://cloud.inet.ws/
7.2. Acceptance of this proposal signifies the Affiliate's full and unconditional agreement with its terms and obligations set forth herein.

8.1. The Company does not accrue or pay commission to the Affiliate in cases of:
8.1.1. The Affiliate's purchase of domain names or contextual advertising using the INET.WS trademark or any identical or similar marks;
8.1.2. The Affiliate's copying of elements of the Company's website descriptions (except with the Company's written consent);
8.1.3. The Affiliate's sending of unsolicited mail or other message exchanges that may in any way constitute spam;
8.1.4. Any actions by the Affiliate that are equivalent to violations of laws (norms, rules), including but not limited to, laws on privacy, intellectual property;
8.1.5. Any actions by the Affiliate that do not comply with the prevailing standards, norms of business ethics, and fair play rules, including but not limited to, acts such as fraud, misleading a new client, or creating a link for the purpose of deceiving the client.

9.1. The Company is not liable for indirect damage, lost profits, or commissions associated with failures in sales tracking, loss of files and/or databases, or any consequences of actions by the program or website.
9.2. The Company provides no express or implied warranties
or representations regarding the affiliate program and services. A client referred to the Company by the Affiliate is treated on equal terms with any other clients of the Company and, therefore, has the same rights and obligations as other clients.
9.3. The Company does not guarantee that the provision of the affiliate program as a service will be uninterrupted. The Company is also not liable for any consequences arising from the use of this program.
9.4. The Company cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any errors in the program's operation, including but not limited to, human factors.
